The Outreach Hub

The Outreach Hub offers support to all Gloucestershire schools but in particular supports those learners with low progression rates to higher education. The Hub has three main strands: signposting, support and strategic engagement.

Signposting

The Hub is a point of contact for all schools in Gloucestershire. Teachers and advisors can  contact us  to find out about the free outreach activity available to them. The Teacher Zone also details and enables booking of local outreach, as well as useful resources and information for schools and colleges about higher education.   

Support 

The Hub provides additional support to schools and colleges with a significant number of students living in areas with traditionally low rates of participation in higher education. To find out if your school can access activities, go to the events page and filter by your school.  

Strategic Engagement 

The Hub works closely with HEIs and FE Colleges; the Local Enterprise Partnership and Careers Hubs; local authorities and other organisations to develop strategic collaborative activity and encourage effective and impactful collaboration.
