Why take part? Not only will you get to see and use some great bits of kit which are used by professional athletes, the people running the sessions are passionate about sport and physical activity and can give you real insight into those areas. You will find out about careers in sport and if that isn’t enough you’ll develop lots of skills to add to your CV and applications for college / university.

All sessions will be fully risk assessed and all staff delivering the sessions have the necessary Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks in place, where required.
