  • 28th Apr 2022, 17:30 to 18:30

Considering university-level study but not sure where to start?

Unsure what to study or where to find out more information?

Join our virtual session to find out more!

If you are in Year 12 or equivalent and are starting to consider your next steps but are unsure about where to start, the SACU online toolkit could be what you need.  Also useful for parents.

SACU is an interactive website which has a number of useful features for students to discover and find out more about careers, higher education (university) and apprenticeships.

This hour-long workshop delivered by SACU experts, will talk you through the key features and will show you how you can make the most of the SACU toolkit to support with the start of your / your child's higher education journey.

Join us to see how to use the following features:

  • Completing a simple personality quiz to find out about potential courses and careers that would suit you
  • A range of information about the courses of interest, including where these can be studied
  • Job and salary information for careers of interest
  • The personal statement checker

This event is open to both students in Year 12 and parents.

The event will be taking place on Zoom and a link would be sent to you after booking.

Everyone who registers will receive an accompanying SACU toolkit workbook, produced by GROWS to help sixth formers navigate their way around the features.

If you have any queries regarding the event please email or telephone 01242 714447.
